Currently Im working on a mod that will clean the snow off the camera with a push of a button. I have the frist prototype on my breadboard that is working. I need to 3d print some parts and try to install onto the camera. Please contact me if your having troubles with the site. -Troy
Wing KP discontinued

Tonight I did some research on why the aurora monitor was no longer sending out short term aurora forecasts. The aurora monitor (found here) used NOAA Wing KP for short term aurora forecasting. Sadly the USAF has ceased producing the data for this forecast. This page from the NOAA site explains in great detail. This means until I can find another data source the aurora monitor will remain offline. -Troy

Aurora monitor offline for fix

I have taken the aurora monitor offline to try and fix it. This summer it has gone into offline mode. I suspect that it has something to do withe NOAA changing to HTTPS. -Troy
